Amanda Wuebben is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with honors with a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2017. She has experience as a registered nurse and previously worked in the Emergency Department at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor. Amanda has also worked for Beaumont Brain and Spine in Trenton as a nurse practitioner treating various neurosurgical disorders. Throughout her nursing career, Amanda has been trained in a variety of settings including the hospital, clinic, and operating room.
At Kolbe Medical, Amanda will take on multiple roles including direct patient care, transitional care management, and lead our women’s health initiatives. Amanda has become a medical volunteer at multiple pregnancy centers and has found a passion for providing life affirming care to women, children, and families in need. She has experienced training in obstetric ultrasound, medical intake, and resource management for crisis pregnancies. Amanda is committed to offering tangible physical, spiritual, and mental health resources along with life affirming care options to her patients.
Amanda and her husband, Brenden, have 4 children and are parishioners at St. Stephen Parish in New Boston. Amanda is also active at St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Newport where she was raised in her Catholic faith with her 10 siblings. Amanda has found peace in daily Mass and her weekly holy hour while being a stay at home mom for the past two years. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, playing or watching volleyball, and volunteering at the pregnancy centers she is involved in.
