St. Maximilian Kolbe, Pray for us!

We will be a guiding light and leader in principled moral medical practice. We will serve people of all backgrounds in their time of need, while holding true to our Christian faith and values.
St. Maximilian Kolbe, Pray for us!
We honor St. Maximilian Kolbe with the name of our medical practice. St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe was a Catholic Priest and a Saint who was imprisoned and martyred in Auschwitz during World War II. In February 1941, he was arrested by the Gestapo and imprisoned for utilizing the radio to spread the truths of Christ and his church. At Auschwitz he was given the identification #16670. Later that Summer, St. Max Kolbe offered his life for a fellow captives who begged to see his family when faced with impending death at the hands of Nazi guards. On August 14th, 1941 St. Max Kolbe died of carbolic acid injection after being starved by the Nazis. The family man who he saved, Franciszek Gajowniczek, lived to tell his story until 1995.
For this reason, St. Maximilian Kolbe is the patron saint of addiction, people with eating disorders, prisoners, and families. At Kolbe Medical we are a family medical practice that recognizes our patients may suffer from addiction in many forms and can be prisoners to their own vices. May the self sacrifice of St. Maximilian Kolbe inspire us to walk freely with our patients on their health journey. So at Kolbe Medical we pray, St. Maximilian Kolbe, Pray For Us!
We provide full scope family medicine services for patients of all ages. We address all aspects of patient care including the physical, mental, and the spiritual make up of a person’s well-being.
